Developed to enable tenant-wide or farm-wide control over multiple Site Collections in a single Office 365 tenant or SharePoint farm, SiteBuilder removes the need for site-by-site and library-by-library or list-by-list configuration. Driven by our unique SiteBuilder Engine, SharePoint functionality can be deployed and updated in an automated fashion, while Site Owners are given the flexibility to enable the features that they would like to see in their Site Collection via the SiteBuilder User Interface.

Design the Functionality

Before deploying a SharePoint environment, it's important to plan the functionality that you want to have enabled. Consider how SharePoint will be used, which features are likely to be used repeatedly in multiple sites and whether you want or need a level of consistency across the Site Collections you have in your tenant or farm.

Configure SiteBuilder

When you've finalised your SharePoint design and you understand what you'd like to provision across your SharePoint sites, we configure the SiteBuilder Engine, which enables us to provision sites in a smart, automated manner and clone functionality, rather than configuring SharePoint library-by-library and list-by-list.

Deploy and Fine Tune

Once the SiteBuilder Engine has been configured to reflect your design, it is easy to deploy or update the features that have been developed across multiple Site Collections. Site Owners can then opt into functionality via the SiteBuilder UI and where appropriate, further customise for fine tuning of things like field names.
